Once again, this year, our young apple tree is so loaded with fruit that its poor branches brushed the ground. We have so many apples we could eat one a day for the next month, both raw and cooked into this healthy and delicious Apple Spelt Bread. And, even then, we have plenty left over both to make Cardamom-Spiced Apples and Spiced Apple Cardamom Bread. All this, from one 8-year-old tree. God bless Johnny Appleseed!
